Nigel Daryl Greaves is a native New Yorker currently residing in suburban Maryland, just outside of Washington D.C. As an artist, Nigel has performed extensively as a spoken word artist and eMCee for 10 years and has also tried his hand at acting in recent years.
Professionally, Nigel chose a career in the nonprofit sector while earning an MBA from the University of Maryland. Since leaving his full-time position, he has been exploring opportunities to expand his budding management consulting portfolio.
For six years, Nigel has volunteered for an arts organization called the Blackout Arts Collective as an activist, a performer and recently selected to chair the National Board of Directors. He also serves on the Board for another group named Resource Generation, which organizes young people with wealth around social justice issues.
Most recently,Nigel has entered into filmmaking, having joined a DC based film production company called Straight, No Chaser as a Partner and producer.
